Avocados is natural rich source of Vitamin E and a good source of potassium.It has useful amounts of vitamin B6 and also supply vitamin C, riboflavin and manganese. Big fan of herbal medicine. I wish it was given more PR. Although allopathic medicine is effective, their side effects really concern me.

Avacados are rich with vitamin C and A. So its really good for your health and must be eaten daily if one could. Though its not harvested in my country but we can find it in super markets.
